Member Categories

Members select their preferred competition Category at the start of the season or on Joining Wokingham Photography Club. Category changes can be made at the start of the following club season.

This enables members to compete with other members who have a similar skill and experience level.

Category Preference should be communicated to Membership Secretary.

There are four Categories:

• Intermediate

  • Beginners and Intermediate Members who wants to receive a more detailed critique.

  • Images are scored against other Category members

  • Image source for inter-club competitions and exhibitions

• Intermediate Unscored

  • Beginners and Intermediate Members Entries are Unscored

  • More detailed critique of presented image from Judge & fellow members

• Advanced

  • Advanced Members who wants to receive a more detailed critique.  Highest level

  • Images are scored against other Category members

  • Image source for inter-club competitions and exhibitions

• Advanced Unscored

  • Advanced Members Entries are Unscored

  • More detailed critique of presented image from Judge & fellow members
